Change The Role For A Schedule After The Schedule Has Passed

If you need to change the role an employee has worked in AFTER they have completed their shift, you can change it by going to the time card and editing the time card you want to update and change the role.

Timecard History

Timecard History is a record of who has approved or edited a timecard. When approving editing timecards, you can now choose the clock option at to the right of each timecard entry to see if and who has edited the timecard.    

Exclude paid meals/breaks from overtime calculations.

If you have some employees (managers) that are paid for meals whereas regular employees are not, you can still avoid time card alerts by overriding their department rules in their employee profile and setting their meal to 0.
