By default, managers and supervisors can see and edit time cards for departments they manage. If you don’t want them to have access to this, you will need to update their security settings:

  1. Go to MANAGE MY BUSINESS
  2. Go to MANAGE SECURITY GROUPS
  3. Make sure TIME CARD is checked off for the groups
  1. Make sure the REVIEW, UPDATE AND APPROVE TIME CARDS is unchecked
  2. We suggest leaving on VIEW TIME CARD DISCREPENACY report so they can see the exceptions
