To add employee assets you will need to add asset types.
To add asset types, go to MANAGE MY BUSINESS->MANAGE ASSET TRACKING TYPES
Click ADD to create a new asset type.
** You can require employees to check IN and OUT assets as an option, for example if you want to know which radio ID they have for the day, you can request at punch in (see below)
If you require an asset that requires recording, when the employee punches in, they will see a message like this:
Once assets have been created, to add an asset to an employee go to the employee profile and click the ASSET TRACKING tab.
To add an asset, click ADD NEW ASSET.
Complete the form and click ADD.
To delete an asset, click the DELETE link on the line of the asset.
To edit an asset, click the EDIT link on the line of the asset.
