If you have a new updated file and want your staff to review the new file (example you have a new handbook file),

  1. Go to LIBRARY

  2. Upload the new file in the TRAINING MATERIALS folder
    ** DO NOT CHECK OFF “Create a training item for this file”

  3. Go to MANAGE MY BUSINESS
  4. Go to MANAGE TRAINING/ONBOARDING ITEMS
  5. Find the item you want to switch files with

  6. Click DELETE FILE
  7. Click SELECT FILE, find the new file and click SELECT FILE

  8. The new file is now associated with the training item
