Follow these steps to remove the old software and upgrade to the new non-java biometric version.

You will need administrator access to complete this task on the machine.

 

  1. Go to START->CONTROL PANEL

2. Click ‘Uninstall a program’

3. Double click the ‘DigitalPersona One Touch for Windows RTE’ application

4. Follow the steps to uninstall.

5. When the application asks you to restart, click YES

6. To install the new software, you will need to know if you’re running 32bit or 64bit Windows, and you can find out by following these steps:


 

If you’re on 32bit Windows, use this software

 

If you’re on 64bit Windows, use this software

 

7. Download the software and save the file. Unzip the file. Open the folder and double click setup.exe

8. When the application asks you to restart, click YES

9. Download the patch and save the file. Unzip the file. Open the folder and double click the file that ends in exe

If you’re on 32bit Windows, use this software

 

If you’re on 64bit Windows, use this software

 

10. When the application asks you to restart, click YES

11. You are ready to go! Now you can start using the https://new.timewellscheduled.com URL
