By default, employees need to use their fingerprint to punch in with biometrics. This means they can NOT use their employee code and password. You may not want this for a few reasons
- their finger print might be hard to read
- management team doesn’t have a device to use
This ONLY applies to the punch abilities. All employees can use their code and password to log into the employee side of the site.
When you edit an employees profile, under their employee code you will see this option, check it off and they can log in with their employee code and password all the time:
