The TimeWellScheduled HR Suite is an add-on option to your base TimeWellScheduled service. To enable these features, please message our support team.

The suite include:

  • Employee training – create training groups and items and track due dates and reminders and have employees sign off as to completing the training online
  • Employee assets – create company assets and assign them to employees to track who has what and keep notes on these assets
  • Employee notes – add and manage notes related to an employee
  • Employee files – add and manage files related to an employee (ex. signed documents)
  • Banked hours – create banked hour types (ex. Lieu time) and move hours between RT, OT, stat, etc in and out of banked hours
