Follow these few steps to see where the issue may be
If you see anything other than success, then you need to update or install the correct version.
3. Plug the device in. Does it have a blue glow to it, and when you press your finger on it you see it turn red for a few seconds?
If not, then there is an issue with the device itself or the port it’s plugged into.
