How do I allow absences/availability when a schedule is published?

By default, if a schedule is published, employees can NOT request an absence or availability. However, if you need to allow this, we have added the ability to turn it on.

  1. Go to MANAGE MY BUSINESS
  2. Go to GENERAL SETTINGS
  3. Click on the ABSENCE or AVAILABILITY tab
  4. Check off this option
