You may receive an error when uploading to eNETEmployer.
Example errors:
“Import Failed! For input string: ‘Employee ID’”
“Import Failed! Row Number XXX: Employee# YYY – earning# ZZZ is missing. “

 

To fix these errors:

  1. Check TimeWellScheduled employees, make sure the PAYROLL number matches to what you have in eNETEmployer
  2. Make sure your payroll codes are correct,
    1. Go to MANAGE MY BUSINESS
    2. Go to MANAGE MY PAYROLL SHIFTS AND LABOR RULES
    3. In the PAYROLL tab, make sure the codes match to eNETEmployer
  3. In eNETEmployeer:
    1. Go to CURRENT PAYROLL
    2. Go to EARNINGS to confirm the earning code numbers
  4. In eNETEmployer
    1. Go to EMPLOYEE
    2. SETUP EMPLOYEE to confirm Employee numbers
  5. If the above fails to work, reach out to your eNETEmployer rep
