eNETEmployer – Export employee list from eNETEmployer into TimeWellScheduled

eNETEmployer – Check if the Distributions column is visible for export:
- From the Payroll tab, select the Employee – Setup Employee menu command.
- When the Setup Employee screen appears, review the displayed columns, and if the Distributions column does not appear, click the Views button (at the top left of the table), and then choose the Customize option
- When the Customize View popup window appears, click and drag the Distributions column from the Available Columns at the left side to top of the list in the Visible Columns on the right side of the window. Make sure it’s at the top of the right list.
- Click the Save button and you will see that the Distributions columns is now included as part of the data table.
eNETEmployer – Export the data table to a CSV file:
- Click the Tools button (at the top of the table), and then choose the Export command. The data is immediately exported to a .CSV file. Depending on your browser settings, the resulting document will either be stored in your Downloads folder or you may be presented with a window that will prompt you where to save the file. In most browsers, the document can be viewed via a link that appears at the top-right of your browser.
To import into TimeWellSheduled:
- Go to EMPLOYEES
- Click IMPORT MY EMPLOYEE LIST FROM eNETEmployer
- Select the file you downloaded above, click UPLOAD
- Pick the employees to import and continue
