How does bi-monthly OT calculations work?

If you are setup with bi-monthly payroll export, OT is carried over if the 1st/15th does not fall on the start of the week.
Example:
- OT is paid when the employee reaches 44hrs
- Aug 15 is a Thursday
- Aug 11-17 is the work week
- the employee works 10hr shifts Monday to Friday
- From
- Aug 12-15 = 40hrs
- Aug 16 = 10hrs
- Week recap:
- 44hrs RT
- 6hrs OT
- Payroll export:
- Aug 1-15
- 40hrs RT
- Aug 16-31
- 4hrs RT
- 6hrs OT
- Aug 1-15
