How To Install your biometric device

** NOTE:  You will need administrator access to complete this task on the machine.

Follow these steps to install the biometrics device

1. If you have a previous version of the software installed, uninstall it
2. Download the new software here
   Download Now
3. Unzip the file
4. Find the version of windows you are running
   (not sure, follow these steps )
5. If you are running on a 64bit version of windows, run the install in the x64 folder
6. If you are running on a 32bit version of windows, run the install in the x86 folder
