I’m not able to Update/Change a Schedule

If a schedule is posted, it cannot be updated. You can tell if a schedule is published (ie. visible to staff and read only), one of 3 ways:

    • Beside the department name, the lock is closed
    • By the date picker, it says PUBLISHED
    • The publish button is green

To unpublish a schedule and make changes, click the green button top left.

Once unpublished, the button will change to read UNPUBLISHED
