New Feature: Smart Copy From Last Week

We’ve added a powerful new scheduling option: Smart Copy from Last Week.

Instead of simply copying shifts forward, Smart Copy intelligently reviews availability and approved absences before assigning shifts.

How It Works

When copying a previous week:

• If the original employee is available, their shift copies as usual.
• If the employee is not available or has an approved absence, the shift is automatically reassigned.

You can choose how replacements are selected

•  Employee with the lowest hours this week
•  Employee with the highest seniority 

If no suitable replacement is found, the shift is saved as an open shift.
