Open Shifts – How to Enable

An open shift is a scheduled shift that hasn’t been assigned to any employee yet. Team members who are eligible for that role can view the open shift and choose to “take” it, allowing for flexible scheduling and quick coverage when extra help is needed.

To enable Open Shifts

  1. Go to MANAGE MY BUSINESS
  2. Go to MANAGE SCHEDULE AND TIME CARD SETTINGS
  3. Go to the VIEW MY SCHEDULE tab
  4. Enable OPEN SHIFTS
