Shift Task Recap on Clock-Out

To help improve task completion and end-of-shift visibility, TimeWellScheduled now shows a shift task recap when an employee clocks out.

What employees will see

When clocking out, a summary window appears showing:

• • A confirmation that their action was recorded
  • A list of assigned shift tasks
  • Clear indicators showing which tasks were completed and which were not

This recap is informational and designed to give employees immediate feedback at the end of their shift.

Why this matters

• • Encourages task accountability
  • Reduces “forgotten” or missed duties
  • Gives managers clearer insight into shift execution

Do employees need to take action?

No. The recap is automatically displayed at clock-out and does not block or delay the clock-out process.
