TimeWellScheduled URL link expires even if I have it in my favorites bookmarked
If you’ve bookmarked a specific TimeWellScheduled page and later find that the link no longer works, this is expected behavior.
For security reasons, some links inside TimeWellScheduled are temporary. These links are created for your current session and will expire after a period of time or once you log out.
Why Does This Happen?
TimeWellScheduled uses secure session-based links to protect your data. This helps prevent:
- Unauthorized access
- Old links being shared accidentally
- Access to sensitive employee or company information after a session ends
Because of this, bookmarked internal pages may stop working, even though the bookmark itself is still saved in your browser.
What Should I Bookmark Instead?
To avoid this issue, we recommend bookmarking only the main login page:
- In the top banner, click BOOKMARK THIS SITE
- Follow the on screen instructions.
Once you log in, you can navigate to the page you need from inside the system.
Best Practice Going Forward
- ✅ Bookmark the login page only
- ❌ Avoid bookmarking specific reports, schedules, or internal pages
- If a bookmarked page stops working, simply log in again and navigate normally
