Training – How do I assign an individual item to an employee?

If you’ve added training items and want to assign a specific item (not a group), you can do so by following these steps:

  1. Go to MANAGE MY BUSINESS
  2. Go to MANAGE TRAINING ITEMS
  3. Find the item, click ASSIGN                                     
  4. Find the employee, click off the checkbox                     
  5. Click SAVE

 

The employee will receive an alert:

And when they log into the dashboard, they will see the item assigned:
