Walk Thru – How do I add an employee handbook using the Training module

Here are the steps from start to finish to get an employee handbook assigned to all employees.
NOTE – Those marked with a * are first time setup items.

- Go to MANAGE MY BUSINESS *
- Go to MANAGE TRAINING/ONBOARDING GROUPS *
- Add a new group (ex. Yearly Review) *

- Go to LIBRARY
- Click on the TRAINING MATERIALS folder (this is the folder all items for the training/onboarding group need to go)
- Find the name of the new folder “Yearly Review”
- Click UPLOAD FILE
- Enter the name, and click off the option to add to the training group

- Click UPLOAD
- Go to MANAGE MY BUSINESS
- Go to MANAGE TRAINING/ONBOARDING GROUPS
- Find the group, click ASSIGN

- Select the employees you want to assign the item too

- Click SAVE
When the employee logs into the site, on their dashboard they will see the handbook to review:
