Walk Thru – How do I add an employee handbook using the Training module

Here are the steps from start to finish to get an employee handbook assigned to all employees.
NOTE – Those marked with a * are first time setup items.

    1. Go to MANAGE MY BUSINESS *
    2. Go to MANAGE TRAINING/ONBOARDING GROUPS *
    3. Add a new group (ex. Yearly Review) *
    4. Go to LIBRARY
    5. Click on the TRAINING MATERIALS folder (this is the folder all items for the training/onboarding group need to go)
    6. Find the name of the new folder “Yearly Review”
    7. Click UPLOAD FILE
    8. Enter the name, and click off the option to add to the training group
    9. Click UPLOAD
    10. Go to MANAGE MY BUSINESS
    11. Go to MANAGE TRAINING/ONBOARDING GROUPS
    12. Find the group, click ASSIGN
    13. Select the employees you want to assign the item too
    14. Click SAVE

When the employee logs into the site, on their dashboard they will see the handbook to review:
