Add My Time Card with Assets

The Add My Time Card with Assets feature in TimeWellScheduled allows employees to easily record their worked hours, vacation, and asset usage without the need for a physical punch clock.

How It Works

  1. Access the Dashboard
      • On your dashboard, click the green button labeled Add My Time Card with Assets.
  2. Enter Your Hours
      • Select your department.
      • Enter your start time and total hours worked.
      • Optionally, record time against banked hours (if you have the HR Suite)
  3. Record Assets Used
      • If your role requires tracking company or personal assets (e.g., vehicles, tools, equipment), select them from the My Assets or Business Assets dropdowns.
  4. Submit for Approval
      • Once complete, click Submit My Hours for Approval.
      • Your entry will be sent to your manager for review.
      • After approval, your hours automatically move into the regular time card approval process.

    • Asset tracking included – Hours worked can be linked to assets, helping companies monitor usage and accountability.
    • Approval workflow built-in – Managers still review and approve all entries before payroll.
