I’m showing unread notifications but can’t see where! / What is the NOTIFICATIONS section in chat?

If you see unread messages, they are likely under the NOTIFICATIONS section of the chat.

NOTIFICATIONS are system generated messages (ie. Employee A is 5 minutes late for their shift). Since they do not originate from a specific employee, all system generated notifications will be listed here.
