However if you want to allow most employees to punch from any location but restrict a few, the best way to achieve this is through geo-fencing. Follow these steps

1. Enable geo-fencing
   1. Go to MANAGE MY BUSINESS
   2. Go to ACCESS RESTRICTIONS & GEOFENCING
   3. Click of ‘Turn on Geofencing and restrict access’
   4. Click SAVE
2. Go to EMPLOYEES
3. Find the employee you want to enable and click EDIT
4. Click the GEOFENCING tab
5. Enable and enter the specific locations for JUST this employee.
6. Click SAVE
