Viewing Time Card History

The time card history feature lets managers and administrators see a detailed record of all changes made to an employee’s time card.
You can view who made each edit, what was changed, and when the time card was approved or unapproved – ensuring complete transparency and accountability.


How to View Time Card History

  1. Go to TIME CARDS & PAYROLL
  2. Go to REVIEW, UPDATE AND APPROVE TIME CARDS
  3. Find the employee’s time card
  4. Click the history icon
  5. In the popup you will see:
      • The old value and new value for each edit
      • The user who made the change
      • The date and time the change occurred
      • Any approvals or unapprovals applied
