Your Employee Onboarding Link is a unique URL that you can share with new hires. Employees use this link to complete their onboarding  information like name and address before you send them their forms – saving you time and ensuring all required information is collected in advance.


Where to Find Your Onboarding Link

Follow these steps to locate your company’s custom onboarding URL:

  1. Go to MANAGE MY BUSINESS
  2. Select SETUP under the ONBOARDING section
  3. Locate your Custom Employee Onboarding URL

 

Your link will look similar to this:

https://my.timewellscheduled.com/Employee/onboard.asp?Company=XXXX

Each company has its own unique link, so be sure to use the one shown in your account.


How to Use This Link

You can share your onboarding link with employees by:

  • Emailing it to new hires
  • Adding it to your offer or welcome email
  • Including it in an internal HR document or checklist

Once opened, employees can securely enter their onboarding information directly into your TimeWellScheduled account.
