If you are setup with bi-monthly payroll export, OT is carried over if the 1st/15th does not fall on the start of the week.

Example:

  • OT is paid when the employee reaches 44hrs
  • Aug 15 is a Thursday
  • Aug 11-17 is the work week
  • the employee works 10hr shifts Monday to Friday
  • From
    • Aug 12-15 = 40hrs
    • Aug 16 = 10hrs
  • Week recap:
    • 44hrs RT
    • 6hrs OT
  • Payroll export:
    • Aug 1-15
      • 40hrs RT
    • Aug 16-31
      • 4hrs RT
      • 6hrs OT
