If you have a note you want all employees to see, you can add it by

  1. Go to SCHEDULING
  2. Pick the departments you want to add the note for
  3. Click LOAD SCHEDULES
  4. Beside the date you want to add the note for, click the NOTE icon (first icon)

  5. Enter the note information, you can optionally
    1. Extend the date the note shows
    2. Pick the departments to show this in (all or specific ones)

  6. Click SAVE
  7. Your note will now show under the date
