Set and remove the biometric requirement for an employee to punch in

By default, employees need to use their fingerprint to punch in with biometrics. This means they can NOT use their employee code and password. You may not want this for a few reasons
  • their finger print might be hard to read
  • management team doesn’t have a device to use

To allow an employee to punch in with their code and password:

  1. Go to EMPLOYEES
  2. Find the employee, click EDIT
  3. On the GENERAL tab, find this option and check it off

NOTE – This ONLY applies to the punch abilities. All employees can use their code and password to log into the employee portal or visit timewellscheduled.com and click EMPLOYEE LOGIN.
