Match paid and actual time on auto approved timecards

When a timecard is auto-approved, the paid time may not always match the actual punch times. If you need them to align, you can update the setting in your account preferences.

 

Steps to Enable Matching:

  1. Go to MANAGE MY BUSINESS.
  2. Scroll to the GENERAL SETTINGS section.
  3. Enable this option

With this selection, a new option appears which turns on the feature that PAID=ACTUAL for auto approved timecards
