When reviewing time cards, we show 3 time periods

  • SCHEDULED – this is what you added to the employees schedule
  • ACTUAL – this is what the employee actually punched
  • PAID – this is what you are going to pay the employee

You can only edit PAID times.

For audited purposes and to keep the integrity of the system, you can NOT edit SCHEDULED and ACTUAL times.

If we allowed these times to be edited, then employees could show how they were scheduled at XX time yet the system now shows YY. Same with actual, there is no question as to when the employee did their punch and no one can change that.
