Why do I see the message “Unable to load the scheduling screen, you are not set to supervisor for any departments”

If you see this message:

Unable to load the scheduling screen, you are not set to supervisor for any departments.
Please speak to the administrator to add departments to the list of departments you supervise

Your profile is not setup correctly. To fix this, an administrator/manager needs to:

  1. Go to EMPLOYEES
  2. Find the employee, click EDIT
  3. Go to the DEPARTMENTS tab
  4. Make sure this option is picked AND the departments selected to manage
