This feature allows you to create a group picking specific departments  that will show up in the scheduling ‘Department Groups’ list. This is useful if you want to see multiple departments in a single view, ex Automotive Parts and Automotive Service as one group called Automotive.

To create a department group:

  1. Go to MANAGE MY BUSINESS
  2. Go to MANAGE MY DEPARTMENT GROUPS
  3. Click ADD to create a new department group, EDIT to manage an existing one
  4. Provide a name and pick the departments that will make up the group

You can now use this feature in various locations within the site instead of picking departments:

  1. Scheduling
  2. Who’s Working
  3. Reviewing time cards
  4. Various payroll reports
